Tracking audit
Tag inventory and checks of the dataLayer, GA4 events and Google Ads conversions. Issues are explained and prioritised.
GTM · GA4 · Consent Mode v2
Audit, correction and deployment of your tracking with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
I connect your conversions, CMP and Consent Mode v2 to build clear, tested and documented measurement.
Reliable data for better decisions.
The starting point
Forms, calls, purchases or quote requests appear twice, disappear or do not match reality. Campaign decisions are then based on incomplete signals.
Old tags, overly broad triggers, poorly named variables and scripts added over time make Google Tag Manager difficult to maintain and increase the risk of errors.
Your CMP, cookie banner, Google Consent Mode v2 and marketing tags need to work together. Partial setup can trigger tools at the wrong time or lose useful data.
A complete service
I can work on an existing setup or build a clear measurement plan from your business goals.
Tag inventory and checks of the dataLayer, GA4 events and Google Ads conversions. Issues are explained and prioritised.
Remove duplicates, fix triggers, clarify naming and organise your Google Tag Manager container.
Forms, calls, useful clicks, e-commerce purchases and enhanced conversions: every event represents an action that actually matters.
Connect your CMP to Consent Mode v2, test before and after consent, then verify with diagnostic tools.
Foundations suited to your business
The scope depends on your website and acquisition channels. The goal is to track actions that genuinely inform decisions, rather than measuring everything.
Measure less. Measure better.POSSIBLE SCOPE
A documented, tested configuration that the people maintaining it can understand.
The method
We define useful conversions, the tools involved, the existing CMP and required access.
I fix or deploy tags in a controlled environment, with consistent names and rules.
Each scenario is tested. You then receive a summary of the measurements, decisions and points to watch.
FAQ
Yes. I start with an audit to understand what works, what is no longer needed and what must be fixed. There is no need to start from scratch without reason.
No. Consent Mode communicates collected consent status to Google services. It does not replace a correctly configured CMP, your legal notices or approval of your choices by your legal adviser or DPO. My work covers the technical implementation of tracking.
